Mr.G.Kishan Reddy, International Chairman, WYCAT (World Youth Council Against Terrorism), Member of Legislative Assembly, AP, India and State President, AP BJP was invited by the ruling party of Morocco, the Moroccan Istiqlal to address the XI National Youth Conference along with the Hon’ble Prime Minister of Morocco and Secretary General of Istiqlal party Mr.Abbas El Fassi. The National Congress was held from June 4 -6, 2010; in Rabat - capital of Morocco under the Slogan “Morocco of Democracy. No Alternative”.

On behalf of WYCAT Mr.Kishan Reddy sent a delegation consisting of Mr.Prashant Pandhre and Mr.Sukumar Reddy to represent WYCAT at the congress. Mr.Kishan Reddy in his message envisaged the role of the youth both as governmental and non-governmental actors in the development and growth of all the nations. He emphasized the point that democracy and youth are the two important pillars for the development and growth of any nation. More important he emphasized that development and growth of all the nations is possible only when we have “Peace”.

The congress was attended by 3000 plus members who came from all across the Morocco. The meeting was addressed by H.E Mr.Abbas El Fassi; Mr.Prashant delivered the speech on behalf of Mr.Kishan Reddy and Mr.Abdellah El Bakkali, Secretary General of the Moroccan Istiqlal Youth.

Earlier the Afro-Arab Youth Council held its executive meeting in Rabat on 3rd June, 2010. Mr. Abdul Hadi Lahweej was in Chair, Mr.Kishan Reddy was invited as special observer and Mr. Prashant Pandhre represented him at the Afro-Arab Youth Council executive.
