Membership is open to all persons and youth organizations of the world that are interested in combating terrorism of all forms. However, the age of the member in case of individual members should be below 40 years. Each member will have a right to vote at the International Conference on Youth Against Terrorism

Associate membership is open to all persons and organizations of the world that are interested in combating the menace of terrorism. Associate members shall have the right to attend the International Youth Conference Against Terrorism without any right to vote. However, Steering Committee of the Conference can co-opt some of the associate members into the steering committee as well as the sub-committees constituted by it for various purposes. After crossing the age of forty years, an individual member would automatically become associate member.
