Detailed action plans are being chalked out for the Council.

The organization would commence its operations soon after taking into consideration the suggestions proposed. Copy of draft constitution of the Council will be sent to the delegates and others concerned for wider circulation among all similar minded organizations and individuals. It was requested that the circulation of the constitution should be widely made to encourage youth organizations and individuals in your respective regions, states or nations to become members of the organization. We are proposing to constitute the Steering Committee and you can suggest names of active individuals from youth organizations to be part of the Steering Committee. We also welcome suggestions regarding the content and looks of the web site that would be started for WYCAT. You can also suggest a suitable logo for the organization.

We wish that the organization should take up action oriented agenda and active participation from your side in your region would provide a big boost for the activities.

We expect full cooperation from your side in terms of your own participation and also by way of encouraging other youth organizations and individuals in taking active part in the affairs of WYCAT.
